eLynx lab supported file formats
RAW files
When loading a raw file you are under 16-bit resolution. You get a better resolution to process then get down to the 8-bit jpeg format.
Why using RAW file format?

Raw files are using a Bayer matrix, to get then in the RGB color space you have to demosaicing them.

Here are all available file extensions at open:

New image
To create an image, run the command from menu: File=>New...

You can choose the image type and then set parameters:

Open a file
Run command from menu: File=>Open...

Then select a file to load then click Open.
In status bar you get image informations: width x height in pixels, color space and channel's resolution.
Under windows you can also use drag and drop functionnality to load a file.
Save a file
To save a file without changing its filename, run the command from menu: File=>Save
Save a file with a filename
Run command from menu: File=>Save As...

Then select the file format (extension) then the filename and click Save.

Close a file
When you do not need anymore a file in session you can close it with File=>Close
If the file has been created or has been modified, you will be ask to save it before closing it.

Close all files
When you do not need any files in session you can close then with File=>Close all
For each file that has been created or has been modified, you will be ask to save it before closing it.

Exit eLynx Lab
To exit from eLynx Lab you just have to choose File=>Exit.
If modified files are in session you'll will be asked to save them or to lose modifications for each ones.
